Job Description:
Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement.
Responsibilities:
Implements standard project management industry practices for Agile Teams. Understands the PMI framework as well as how to establish a project organization and methodology within Agile (Scrum) organizations. Must be familiar with Project Delivery Framework and QAT reporting requirements for major Information Resource projects. Understands business and technical objectives of a project and work closely with multiple key project stakeholders. Communicates to clients and IT teams. Creates project charters, work plans, and other related project artifacts as necessary. Provides technical support both during work hours and on-call as necessary. Be able to comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and implementations as well as complex business processes. Develops and makes presentations as required to leadership and oversight entities (e.g., steering committees, QAT, etc.) Serves in an analyst capacity as required. Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Some on-call support may be required depending on project phase.
Skill Required/Desired:
Required 10 years - Project Management Experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations
Required 7 years - State Government or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience
Required 5 years - Project Management /Systems Analyst Experience leading and managing large ERP (or similar) projects
Required 3 years - Agile (Scrum) Experience
Required 3 years - Development Experience
Preferred 5 years - Government Project Delivery Framework Experience
Preferred 5 years - PeopleSoft Experience
Preferred 3 years - State Procurement and Contracting Experience
Preferred 1 years - PMP Certification
Preferred 1 years - Knowledge of Government QAT process for major Information Resources project (MIRP)
