Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement.
This Salesforce Administrator contractor position will perform administrative and support work for a Covid-related project (Vaccine Event Management) on Client's Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for Administration as well as Level 2 and Level 3 support and troubleshooting of customer tickets. This position will work closely with developers focused on programming applications and web-services based on the industry's leading open source platforms and cloud-based technologies. This position will require working during off hours, including holidays and weekends.
Supporting Enterprise Applications including Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting (Required - 6 years)
Experience in Salesforce administration in an Enterprise Environment (Required - 4 years)
Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using Agile software development methodologies. (Required - 2 years)
Experience working independently to facilitate meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary across the State of Texas. (Required - 2 years)
Experience in Database/Analytics Systems development and deployment experience, as well as front-end visualization (Preferred - 1 years)
Salesforce Architect Certification (Preferred - 1 years)
Salesforce Administration Certification (Preferred - 1 years)
